[Review] SF9 – 9loryUs

The boys from SF9 are ack with their eighth mini-album ‘9loryUs’. We’re hella excited, so let’s dive right in!

9loryUs

The opening track is ‘Summer Breeze’ and can I just say the music video must have such a high budget! It’s kind of insane, but amazing and I’m totally digging it.

Everyone looks so good and expensive! The song has really pretty vocals and I’m in love with the rap verse.

‘Into The Night’ is up next. It’s groovy and funky and so, so dope. Their soft vocals combined with the trumpet in the background is such a great combination.

After that we get ‘OK Sign’. The instrumentals in this one are really cool! I’m loving the samples they used. The vocals are on another level and the build-up to the chorus is fantastic.

‘All Day All Night’ comes next. This is a funky dance track! Everything works together so well. Honestly, it’s brilliant. The bridge leading up to the rap verse is dope!

The tempo stays high-paced with ‘Go High’. The catchy hook with the EDM instrumentals is really hyping me up while I’m writing this. The vocals are a standout in ‘Go High’. There are harmonies y’all!!! Just imagine this in a concert, ugh, I’m living!

The last track on ‘9loryUs’ is ‘My Story, My Song’. We get the only ballad on the mini and the acoustic guitar is really doing it for me. What a beautiful song, with even prettier vocals. It’s really hitting my in the feels. Honestly, it’s a great way to close off the mini-album.

Overall

I’m really impressed with the new ‘9loryUS’ by SF9. There are so many hype songs on it and then closing off with such a beautiful emotional tearjerker. It’s a great addition to their discography and I’m sure the fandom is in bits.
