BLITZERS comes out with single album ‘BOBBIN’

2021 rookie group BLITZERS is back with their first single album ‘BOBBIN’. Last year they released the two EPs ‘CHECK-IN’ and ‘SEATBELT‘.

‘BOBBIN’ has three singles; ‘Simon Says’, ‘BOBBIN’ and ‘Forever in my heart’.

‘Simon Says’ is a bit of an intro as it clocks in just over one and a half minutes. It’s a cool track that has a lot of rock influences and is based off the popular children’s game. I like the effect they added to some of the vocals as it adds to that grunge rock feeling. It’s cool.

Next up is the title track ‘BOBBIN’. The lyrics speak about wanting to stop uncritical acceptance of others’ thoughts and opinions and going for what you really want. They continue with the grunge rock sound which is still hella cool. The rock sound fits as it feels very ‘rage against the machine’.

The closing track ‘Forever in my heart’ is a ballad and feels quite unexpected. It’s cute and carries warm messages to the fans, but it feels a bit out of tone with the other tracks.

Overall, ‘BOBBIN’ by BLITZERS is pretty cool and I’m very excited to see where they take their musical sound in 2022.
