Rookie group JUST B comes back with ‘JUST BEAT’

2021 rookie group JUST B released the first single album ‘JUST BEAT‘, following up their debut mini-album ‘JUST BURN’ which was released during the summer.

This idol group gathered a lot of attention with their familiar faces, seen in survival shows during the previous years, and had a very refreshing and cool debut concept. Let’s dive into the music they are bringing with this release.

JUST BURN

The title track ‘TICK TOCK‘ starts off this single album, the trap/EDM inspired track goes off with a very interesting arrangement and unexpected beat additions. The song itself is a catchy and cool, however, I would have like listening to more vocals or rapping on the forefront. The hook felt a bit repetitive, nevertheless it was a very enjoyable listen.

The music video takes viewers to a ‘The Matrix’-like universe, where all the members are in different simulations and they try to escape from it. The effects are super dope and the choreography as expected clean and sharp, watch it below.

Vindicated‘ follows with heavy synth and a hip-hop style I really liked. The singing and rapping in this track is super cool. The bridge was fantastic and the high-note FLAWLESS. This single ticks all the requirements for an impressive title track, it’s well-balanced and has a lot of style.

Last on this release is ‘Try‘, with a hip-hop/R&B style that really suit this groups. I loved how this style blended so well with their vocal line and rap line. It really shows off their talent.

JUST B did a fantastic job with this release, the three singles were a fun listen and showed different sides of this group. You can listen to this release here.
