Ode To The Artist: WOODZ

We’re back with a new Ode To The Artist and this time we wanted to write about the insanely talented WOODZ. Let’s dive in!

Debut

WOODZ had his debut in the boy group UNIQ that debuted in 2014. Sadly this group has been on hiatus since 2018.

He was in the fifth season of ‘Show Me The Money’.

Finally in 2016 WOODZ debuted solo. He hasn’t always gone by WOODZ. When he first started solo he used the name Luizy.

He first used his new stage name WOODZ in 2018 with the release of ‘Pool’.

In 2019 he joined the survival show ‘Produce X 101’ where he made the line-up of the group X1. Sadly that is when the scandal broke out about the voting manipulation.

The year after he released his first solo EP ‘EQUAL’ with the fantastic title track ‘Love Me Harder’.

WOODZ also came out with the EP ‘WOOPS’.

In 2021 he released the single ‘Lullaby’ and the EP ‘Only Lovers Left’.

Last month he blessed the world with his rock album ‘COLORFUL TRAUMA’.

WOODZ is a fantastic artist who can sing, rap and dance. He also writes and produces so he’s multi-talented. I’m very curious to see his career progress and I will be looking forward to his future releases.

Go ahead and check him out on Spotify here.
