E Entertainment is debuting their very first boy group today under the name E’LAST (Everlasting). The eight member idol group consisting of Choi In, Rano, Choi Seungyeop, Baekgyeul, Romin, Won Hyuk, Lee Wonjun and Oh Yejun released their first mini-album ‘Day Dream’ and we are excited to see these new rookies in action.
Let’s start this off.
Day Dream
The mini-album starts off with a beautifully orchestrated ‘Intro’ that goes on for almost two minutes and leaves you with high expectations to see what’s next.
‘Intro’ smoothly transitions to the title track ‘Swear’, and this song is not the typical debut track you would expect. It has some incredible instrumentalization mixed with pop beats and incredible vocals by the members. The quality of the music these rookies are bringing is outstanding, I was left speechless.
You can watch the music video below, and be ready to be taken aback with a beautifully choreographed dance, angelic visuals and stunning scenery.
Next we have ‘Sunrise’ starting off with an EDM beat mixed with acoustic piano. This pop-ballad is the perfect chill summer release, with cool beats and great vocals.
Beginning with an acoustic piano followed by violins is ‘My Flower’. E’LAST members definitely have some angelic and outstanding harmonization skills. This song is beautiful and the acoustic instruments mixed with the vocals is nothing but soft and incredible. The bridge of this song goes straight to the heart. A Masterpiece.
Closing this short but powerful mini-album we have ‘Light’, beginning with EDM and transitioning to acoustic guitar. This song is playful, fun to listen to, and I was shocked by the vocal and rapping talent of this eight member idol group.
