SM releases orchestral version of ‘Red Flavor’ by Red Velvet

First of all, ‘Red Flavor’ by Red Velvet is a whole bop and a half and everyone knows it. It’s the kind of song that instantly gives you a shot of dopamine and makes you happy just by listening to it.

SM Entertainment has been changing things up a bit by first releasing remixes of some NCT songs. Now they’re going the classical tour and they worked together with Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra and composer Inyoung Park to create a classical version of ‘Red Flavor’.

It’s honestly amazing. I’ve missed going to classical concerts because of the whole COVID-19 situation. This track however, really brought it right into my living room.

I also really enjoyed the video itself. It’s really well shot and even people who don’t really listen to this type of music will enjoy it. The pace is really snappy and fast. It’s split between a boy with a lollipop dancing through the city and the musicians themselves. It’s overall very well done.

Go take a look at the MV.
