[Review] LIMELIGHT – LOVE & HAPPINESS

The girls from LIMELIGHT officially debuted with their debut EP ‘LOVE & HAPPINESS’. Let’s dive right in!

LOVE & HAPPINESS

We start off with the title track ‘Honestly’. This is a very cute pop track with some lovely guitars in the backing track. According to the album description this is a continuation of the story of the pre-debut single ‘Eye to Eye’.

The music video for this came out earlier this week.

After that comes ‘Blanc Noir’. This is a fun track with a cool instrumentation. There’s a lot happening in the backing track with several tempo changes and honestly it’s a very fun ride! It’s a cute listen.

‘Crystal’ has a fast pace and a cool build-up! The beat drop is also really cool and spices things up a little. I’m curious to see what kind of choreo they cooked up for the dance break!

After that comes the instrumentral version of all three tracks, as well as the acapella versions. I’m literally obsessed by the acapella versions, they’re so GOOD! It really shows how good their vocals are and how well their vocals mesh with each other.
