[Review] ONEUS – PYGMALION

The boys from ONEUS are back with their new mini-album ‘PYGMALION’. I’m super stoked about this, so let’s just dive right in!

PYGMALION

We start off with the intro track ‘Intro : LETHE’. This is a stunning intro track with lots of strings and a beautiful plucky cello sound. It’s a great way to start the EP with a bang.

After that comes the title track ‘ERASE ME’. According to the album description, this is an Emo Pop track that blends EDM and orchestral sounds. That is such an interesting blend of genres and styles and it is such a cool moment.

The following track ‘‘Unforgettable’ they pre-released two weeks ago.

‘ECHO’ is an R&B Pop blend. The vocals really stand out here alongside the really nice whistle sound and the very lovely flow of the track. LEEDO’s low rap verse really enhanced the vibe.

The closing track is ‘Halley’s Comet’. The song expresses the fleeting moment of falling in love. I love the guitars in the instrumentation and the lovely build-up in the pre-chorus. This is a lovely track.

Overall ‘PYGMALION’ is quite a lovely EP by ONEUS. Go find it here on Spotify. If you’d like to read about their previous release, you can click here.
