[Review] Ha Sung Woon – Blessed

Ha Sung Woon is back with his latest mini-album ‘Blessed’. We’re super curious to see how he’s going to stun us this time, let’s check it out!

Blessed

We start off with the title track ‘Blessed’ and this is a wild ride. This is such a sick track. I’m obsessed with the chorus and the awesome beat drop. The squeak on ‘I’m so blessed’ is going to live in my dreams. It’s dope.

It’s a hip-hop dance track with both Ha Sung-Woon and Colde on the credit list.

‘I Wanna’ comes up next. We’re going for a pop dance track with this one. I really enjoyed the acoustic guitar intro as it created a nice breather between the intensity of ‘Blessed’ and this softer track. This is lovely!

After that we get ‘All I need’ featuring Eric from The Boyz. This is a folk pop track with a funky piano and bouncy drums. I really enjoyed the synergy between Ha Sung Woon and Eric. This is a very fun collab!

I Already Lost You’ is a blend of pop and rock. I liked the rather minimalistic intro. It lets the song have a nice build up and when the chorus comes in we get the lovely blend of vocals and guitars.

The closing track is ‘Mystery’. We’re getting some groove with this one. The bass is really dope and the guitar riff is cool and creates a really cool mood. The echo on the vocals in the chorus adds to that effect. Not to be on the nose, but it makes it mysterious. I loved this one.

Overall ‘Blessed’ is a super cool mini by Ha Sung Woon. Go ahead and listen to the mini here on Spotify.
