FNC Entertainment band N.Flying is back with the brand new EP ‘So, 通 (Communication)’. They dropped the music video for the title track a couple of days ago, and we were hyped to listen the rest of the release. Let’s start this off.
So, 通 (Communication)
The title track and pre-released single ‘Oh really.’ opens this EP with a lively arrangement and fantastic vocals. This track is a total summer bop, the rapping parts were amazing, and the electric guitar throughout the full song was a lovely addition. Check out the very colourful and cool music video below.
Starting off with stunning vocals and high notes that go straight to the heart is ‘FLOWER FANTASY’, this track besides being anime intro material, is also a pop-rock ballad with a splendid instrumentalization. The N.Flying members are just extremely talented and this song is top notch quality music.
With a more chill tempo ‘YOUTH’ starts with a funky piano melody that changes to a sharp electric guitar that flows throughout this full track. The changes of tempo in this song are fantastic, and I love the full flow of it.
Beginning with a more indie vibe we have ‘I’M GONNA’, the electronic beats, mixed with trumpets and the electric guitar in this track are a super interesting combo that somehow gives a tropical vibe to this track. It was definitely an unexpected and unique track.
The ballad ‘Last Song’ changes the mood, but gives us all the feels. The delivery of this track is emotional, the harmonization of the members towards the end was breathtaking, and everything happening musically is overwhelming. This song splendidly runs for almost three minutes evoking emotion after emotion.
‘E-YO’ closes this EP off with a pop-ballad sound and the members killing it playing every single instrument and delivering fantastic track lyrically and musically.
N.Flying is definitely packed with talent and we are looking forward to hear more from them in this new chapter of their career.
