We’re back with a new Actor Spotlight and this time I wanted to write about Ko Yoon-jung. She’s a relatively new actress but she’s had some incredible roles already! Let’s take a closer look!
Ko Yoon-jung had her debut in the 2019 series ‘He is Psychometric’. The series was quite popular and she starred alongside actors like Jinyoung and Shin Ye-Eun.
In 2020 she was in the very Netflix series ‘School Nurse Files‘.
2020 was a good year because she was also in the fantastic series ‘Sweet Home‘. There she plays the asthmatic caregiver.
The year after she was in the JTBC drama ‘Law School‘ which I was obsessed with.
It was 2022 though that was her absolute break out year! She played in the film ‘Hunt’ which ad her nominated for several awards like Best New Actress at the Baeksang Awards. However her major break out role was undoubtedly the role of Naksu in tvN’s ‘Alchemy of Souls’ and its second season ‘Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow’.
Her upcoming role is in the Disney+ series ‘Moving’.
