ITZY is back to stun us all with ‘Girls will be girls’ which is their latest mini-album release. Let’s take a closer look at this comeback!
Girls will be girls
We start off with the title track ‘Girls will be girls’. This is a cool dance track that feels really large scale, has some impressive vocal stacking and I dig EDM moments.
The production of the music video is insane by the way. Definitely check it out!
‘Kiss and Tell’ goes for an electronic sound and honestly I dig it! It goes hard and has a catchy hook. I could totally see this being played in the club. It’s a fun track!
Next up is ‘Locked N Loaded’. There is more of a rock momentum to this one, but it’s mixed with some interesting samples. I really enjoyed the vocals in this one. The guitar in the outro went absolutely crazy and completely sold this track to me.
After that comes ‘Promise’. This is a song for the fandom who’s always been with them on this journey. It’s a softer track and has a lot of heart to it. The vocals are super nice here and overall this is a touching moment.
We close off with the track ‘Walk’. We’re ending on a super confident note with an EDM Dance moment. I really dig this and can only wait for dope choreo that’s undoubtedly going to follow. There better be a lot of vogueing in there.
