We’re back with a new music video recommendation and this time we’re sharing the music video for ‘New Zealand’ by Layone.
The track was part of the 2022 mini-album ‘Origin’. ‘New Zealand’ was one of two title tracks and is an emotional, raw track that surprisingly sounds very melodic.
The music video shows us beautiful, sprawling vistas but something sinister lingers in the corner of your eyes. Some people seem to be following Layone while he walks around.
We get the backstory in little snippets of black and white which creates a really cool distortion between the lush greens and blues.
