LA POEM finishes their trilogy with ‘Vincere’

The quartet LA POEM is back with their third and last installment of their Trilogy series with ‘Vincere’. The previous part you can read here and here.

In this installment we get two new singles. ‘Sunshine’ comes first. The theme of this single album is victory, grandeur and closure. ‘Sunshine’ is definitely a grand song. The bridge is crazy with their vocal harmonies being lush, rich and stunning. The bells at the end make it seem even bigger than it is.

I like how the music video starts with all the members in a foggy area to then close on a beautiful gold tinted sunrise. The boy with his bicycle is adorable and it’s the perfect example of small victories.

‘Full Moon’ is the second track. In the album description they wrote this: “The intention of the song is to illuminate you like a full moon for the rest of your life.” That sounds super wholesome. ‘Full Moon’ is almost six minutes long, but everything is wonderfully segmented. It doesn’t feel like six minutes. There’s a nice build up and the storytelling is very nice.

You can find ‘Vincere’ by LA POEM on Spotify here.
