We’re back with a new Indie Pick and this time we’re taking a look at singer-songwriter The Daisy. Let’s check it out!
The Daisy or Yoo Chae-young debuted in 2014 with the single album ‘A person is like destiny’.
That year she released several more singles like ‘Why is it like that?’, ‘Speak with your eyes’ and ‘Even if I call you a thousand times’.
Her first EP came out in 2015.
The Daisy’s second mini-album came out a couple of months later.
The next couple of years she mostly had single releases until 2018 where she came out with her next EP ‘그러지 말아요’.
A year later she released her next mini ‘I’m just sick’.
Her most recent mini was released in 2023; ‘You’re not with me’.
As of right now The Daisy has 82 separate releases including the five mini-albums. So definitely go stroll through her music because she has some stunning ballads and a killer voice.
She also has an insane amount of OSt’s (63 credits) so let’s take a look at some of our favorites and some of her most popular releases.
