Yeeun who you might know from the girl group CLC and her participation in ‘Good Girl’ released her first solo release ‘The beginning’. The single album contains the two singles ‘Strange way to love’ and ‘Cherry Coke’.
The first single ‘Strange way to love’ was pre-released three weeks ago. It’s a beautiful orchestral ballad that shows her fragile side. It’s beautiful and cinematic.
The title track ‘Cherry coke’ is an absolute bop. We’re going dark EDM meets hip-hop in the verses while the pre-chorus feels a lot more pop. The chorus itself turns back to the dark EDM and it’s a full vibe! The bridge had me absolutely shook. There’s hard rock meets EDM and then we get a rather abrupt ending to the track.
Yeeun looks absolutely amazing in the music video and shows how strong of a performer she is once again.
