CRAVITY is back with the third part of their series HIDEOUT, ‘HIDEOUT: BE OUR VOICE‘. If you haven’t checked out their previous releases go ahead and check our review for Part 1 and Part 2.
HIDEOUT: BE OUR VOICE
We start off strong with the title track ‘My Turn‘ and this song goes off hard with deep bass, amazing rapping and a very trendy rhythm and flow. This track is a fun listen, and I loved their harmonizations for the chorus, a solid and very interesting title track.
The music video for the song is beyond cool, with high quality visual and the effects are everywhere. The choreography makes it even better.
Lo-fi beats and synth come next to comfort listeners in the track ‘Call my name‘, with a completely different vibe to the title track. This song feels more emotional and raw, and it is topped up with some incredible singing.
Hip-hop takes over in ‘Mammoth‘ with some heavy bass, synth and a full EDM track. I kinda like how heavy and unique this song is, it goes hard but not in a bad way. All the elements are well mixed to create a strong impression and it worked.
‘Bad habits‘ starts off with a synth and trap inspired track. This song switches between heavy rapping and mellow vocals, and I am loving this mix, it’s perfectly balanced and made of this track a very interesting and entertaining listening. The talent.
We get trendy with ‘Moonlight‘ and its electronic beats. This track overall is a very easy casual listen with its interesting R&B elements mixed with EDM. It’s definitely an interesting choice of music that added variety to this EP.
House music introduces ‘Dangerous‘ and what a tune! This song will have more than one grooving to it with its fantastics beats and catchy flow. ‘Give me your love‘ closes the EP on the soft side, this pop song is just dreamy vocals with a very wholesome composition, and it finishes this release flawlessly.
CRAVITY did it once again and pulled off a diverse album, full of great music for every taste. Make sure to listen to this EP here.
