K-Beauty/K-Fashion Christmas Guide 2022

Christmas is just around the corner, and we thought it’d be a great idea to give a bit of help to those who still don’t know what to give for their perfect gift.

This guide was specially thought for K-beauty fans and fashion enthusiasts, or those trying to get into the world of Korean skincare or style.

Sets to try out

Going for the safest and popular option we have Innisfree and their Christmas set. What we love about them is that their size is perfect to try out these products and even take them with us when travelling.

For people with acne prone/oily skin the ‘Green Tea Travel Set’ could be a good starting point for their K-Skincare journey. For tired and dehydrated skin we have the ‘Black Tea Youth Enhancing Skin Care Set’ with revitalising and moisturising properties. For brightening and hydrating the ‘Jeju Cherry Blossom’ is a great choice.

If you are based in Europe, you can get these sets through Zalando, YesStyle and Stylevana

The K M.E.A.L writers are obsessed with the brand Klairs, if you want to go for a safe option for sensitive skin their ‘Skincare Trial KIT’ brings the toner, moisturiser and facial cleansers with a soft formular perfect for irritated skin. This brand really goes back to basics and is suitable for all skin types.

This set is available in YesStyle.

Our last recommendation is the LANEIGE ‘Happy Water Full Holidays’. This set brings a cleansing foam, toner, moisturiser and eye cream, all of them packed with hydrating agents and Hyaluronic acid.

LANEIGE sells this set suitable for all skin types, based on their formulation however it would work best with normal and dry skin. You can get this set in Zalando.

All About fashion

Not long ago we stumbled upon K-Fashion TikTok, and recommendations on Korean Fashion brands that ship internationally, we checked them out, and here are some recommendations for timeless items that could be the perfect gift.

  • FemmeMuse: It can’t get any more chic than the pieces this brand is offering. Their collection is feminine, delicate and the winter pieces look extra cosy.
  • KYö: Looking for a more edgy look? KYö has a more urban/rebel feel, and their designs are one of a kind, but without being over the top. If you want a gift for someone that loves experimenting with fashion and having unique looks, this brand is your best call.
  • MSCHF: With genderless items, Mischief is one cool brand to check out if you are getting into Korean fashion. They offer concept pieces, but also really cool and trendy pieces.

Happy Holidays everyone! Stay warm, look after your skin and rock the fashion game!
