The 10th team ‘B-AND’ presents.
‘FauloCity’ is a duo consisting of ‘Hyun Jinsik,’ both documentary film director and main producer of the team, and singer-songwriter ‘Eunhae’.
Initially formed as a four-member co-ed band, evolving through a period as a one-man band, and now in its current lineup, ‘FauloCity’ embraces 1990s alternative sounds with elements of shoegaze and post-rock. The band officially began its career with the release of [Fuzzy Nation] in 2015, and their musical value started gaining recognition when a track from the album was nominated for the 2016 Korean Music Awards.
Now marking their 10th year since debut, FauloCity presents albums that fully capture their unique style and artistry. Let’s dive into their impressive discography!

The first album by the instrumental post-rock band FauloCity, [Fuzzy Nation], was praised for its mature expression and technical prowess—qualities not often seen in a debut album. The album’s title track, “Do Androids Dream of Electric Guitars?”, features folk singer-songwriter Jo Dong Hee, whose calming tone blends seamlessly with the shoegaze sound, leaving a powerful impression. This track was nominated for Best Modern Rock Song at the 2016 Korean Music Awards, establishing itself as a signature song for FauloCity to this day.

Eight Questions on Existence, The Second Full-length Album [Komoidoi]

[Komoidoi] is a term mentioned in Poetics by the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, referring to actors who failed to gain popular appeal. FauloCity uses this concept as a theme to explore questions of existence, reflecting a message that resonates with various groups in modern society. Unlike their previous albums, which focused mainly on instrumental tracks, this album includes lyrics, delivering a direct and specific message.

Eight Stories of Descent and Loss, The Third Full-length Album [Falling]

The third full-length album, [Falling], weaves together songs about the descent and loss that everyone faces. This album includes eight tracks, such as “Dark Spiral,” a song that delves into deep loss, and “Rock is Dead”, a track posing self-reflective questions and offering direct answers to the generations of rock. With the addition of singer-songwriter Eunhae, a new chapter unfolds, enriched by her vibrant and expressive vocals!
