Actor Spotlight: Kim Min-Seo

We’re back with a new Actor Spotlight and this time we’re focusing on our girl Kim Min-Seo.

She’s only fourteen but is already pretty well-known, this is in part because of her collaborations with the ODG YouTube channel and more specifically because of the viral IU video.

She really warmed all of our hearts with her earnestness.

Her first acting role was already back in 2016 when she was just seven years old. She played the role of Joon-Young in episode eight of ‘Guardian: The Lonely and Great God’ which is no small feat.

She’s also had small roles in series like ‘Save Me 2’, ‘My Wonderful Life’ and ‘Delayed Justice’. Her bigger roles started coming in 2019 with parts in ‘Hometown Cha Cha Cha’, ‘Never Give Up’ and ‘Cafe Minamdang’.

This year she’s also participated in the hitseries ‘Mask Girl’ which has people raving about her acting skills.

In this ODG clip you can see her react to some of her own acting in commercials and series. It’s adorable.

Kim Min-Seo is undoubtedly going to become a household name and it’s fantastic that we get to watch her try on bigger and bigger roles. I can’t wait to see which roles she takes on next.
