ZICO is back with his new EP ‘RANDOM BOX’ and we are stoked! Let’s check it out!
RANDOM BOX
The first track is ‘Summer Hate’ featuring none other than legend RAIN. It’s kind of cute, because they’re judging together on the new survival show ‘I-LAND’. The song is a summer bop and the video is hilarious. Also I’m in love with the saxophone in the beginning. Go take a look.
‘Cartoon’ is up next. Look, when ZICO tells you to ‘listen carefully’, you obey. I don’t know who gave him the permission to be this cute, but I’ll chalk that up to life’s mysteries. Tip from the writer, turn the captions on for the English translations.
BIBI is one of my favorite solo artists and she is featured on the next track. ‘Love & Hate’ is a funky song with some heavy bass in the back. What a dream team though! Please do yourself a favor and go check out BIBI’s previous solo release ‘KAZINO’.
The fourth track on the EP is ‘No you can’t’. What a total shift of vibe! This is dark, heavy hip hop with spitfire rapping. The duality y’all.
The last track is ‘Roommate’. The fact that this song starts with the Netflix intro had me shook for a second. This song is so sweet, I’m going to get cavities.
Overall
‘RANDOM BOX’ by ZICO is, as expected, really lovely! I’m digging the fact that he released a video for all of the songs.
