VERIVERY is back with new music in their 8th mini-album, ‘CONFETTI’! This album introduces sub-units, and we’re excited to check out what they have prepared for us. Let’s dive in!
CONFETTI
‘Way To Zero’ starts off the release with amazing guitar instrumentals and a very cool synth. This track is definitely a strong opener, with a killer progression and fantastic beat drops that immediately pull you in.
We transition to the title track, ‘Don’t Panic’. This funky track is a total addictive listen, it’s refreshing, very fun, and its vocals are fantastic. The energy in this single is PEAK, and we loved how lighthearted and effortlessly cool this song feels.
‘DRAMA’ is up next, delivering a very smooth pop-disco track. The singing in this song is amazing, and we especially love the backing vocals and harmonies throughout.
The first sub-unit goes by the name Y2K, and they deliver the single ‘Touch’. This track feels very UK Garage with its full arrangement and has a lot of potential as a club banger. The vibes totally peak with this song, and we loved the vocal chemistry of this sub-unit.
DYG is the second sub-unit on this release, and they close the mini-album with ‘Eye Contact’. This rock-pop single has an irresistible charm, while the melodic rapping adds a playful feel to the track. Definitely a very strong closing song!
