For this week’s Offstage I wanted to share the work of the Korean photographer Kimmoondog. Get ready for some amazing visuals and some true artistry.

Kimmoondog originally started as a hobbyist photographer and just took pictures with his iPhone.
He fell in line with a crew filled to the brim with talented people like So!YoOn and Shin Hae Gyeong. When the crew broke apart, So!YoOn offered him a couple of photography projects. In an interview he states that that is how his career photographing musicians took off.
I genuinely recommend watching the interview, because Kimmoondog speaks about his beginnings and an exhibition he prepared. It’s really interesting to watch and is fully subtitled into English.

Working with artists
Kimmoondog’s Instagram is out of this world. His page is filled with colourful incredible imagery. He has taken images with artists like Yeseo, SAAY and many more.
One of his recent photoshoots was with Cacophony for her release ‘Sea of Love’.
He also worked on the concept pictures for IMLAY.
Cheetah looks stunning in her concept pictures for ‘Villain’.
He’s even worked with the adorable kids from ODG Studio.
Just look how utterly stunning these are!
