Our first sub-unit MAMAMOO+ released its debut single ‘Chico Malo’. This is the pre-release for their upcoming mini-album ‘ACT 1 SCENE 1’.
MAMAMOO+ consists of Moonbyul and Solar. So we’re getting a fire rap verses and killer vocals.
‘Chico Malo’ is such an interesting blend of traditional instruments, a Latin flow and an insane amount of charisma. I’m super impressed by this pre-release track and I can’t wait to see what they have cooked up for the full EP.
The music video is really cool with the blend of contemporary and traditiona elements.
