MGFF, the 7^thteam ‘B-)AND’ presents.

MGFF (a.k.a Macguffin) started with their first single [Curtain Call] in 2016.

MGFF, composed of three members—Hebron (vocals/guitar), UHI (bass), SNOOQ (drums)—derives its name from the Macguffin technique, made famous by Alfred Hitchcock’s film Psycho. Just like the meaning of a Macguffin, the band apply various musical elements to create sound textures that is enjoyable and fashionable.

Since 2017, MGFF has proven their talent by sweeping various competitions and earning impressive accolades. They have gained many fans with stage manner and captivating performances.

Inspired by Michel Gondry’s film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the song [Curtain Call] features each member’s interpretations expressed through diverse performances, creating an unfamiliar yet harmonious blend. As the song progresses towards its end, MGFF provides musical suspense to the listener with rising energy, tight grooves, and performances that convey intense psychological shifts.

‘Tryna find the blue!’, COLORS Series Part 1 EP [BLUEBLACK]

EP [BLUEBLACK], which MGFF newly started as the first album of the ‘COLORS’ series, was released in March 2024.

They intensely opened the series, based on theme of ‘Blue’, their team color. [BLUEBLACK] is refreshing and urbane album.

They weaved attractive storyline by trying diverse genres such as Tropical sound, R&B, Pop rock with each song of the album.

MGFF have made various contents with Mirrorball Music alongside the release of their [BLUEBLACK] album. This includes the rehearsal room live session ‘BRCG,’ planned by Mirrorball Music, and the ‘MIRRORBALL_PICK’ performance in collaboration with Jebi Dabang.
