Our girl Sunmi is finally back with her new single album ‘STRANGER’. We’re super stoked, so let’s dive right in!
STRANGER
We start off the single album with the track ‘Calm Myself’. This is a super ethereal, mysterious track. The synths are super cool and I love the seductive tone of Sunmi’s vocals. Sunmi is credited as the writer and co-composer.
Next up is the title track ‘Stranger‘. This really feels like they put three songs in the blender. The transitions are definitely interesting and with the groovy guitar in the bridge it’s smoothed out a bit.
With the visuals of the music video Sunmi is definitely going for a Halloween theme. She looks absolutely stunning!
The last track on the single album is ‘Call my name’. This describes the love of fans who cherish each other without ever having met. It’s a delightful soft pop track with some really lovely synths and a soft sound.
