Sandara Park, from 2NE1 fame, has finally come back with her new mini-album ‘Sandara Park’. We’re super stoked, so let’s dive right in!

We start off with the title track ‘FESTIVAL’ which was sampled from Uhm Jung Hwa’s iconic track. She also shows up in the video! This is such a fun and happy track. I love it!
I’m obsessed with the styling in the MV. The white outfit with the curls is literally everything!
Next up is ‘PLAY’. This is a gift to the fans who’ve been waiting for Sandara a long time. This is a nice pop track that has a great beat to it and will have you jumping along.
‘DARA DARA’ produced by GRAY comes next. This is a really sweet track that leans into R&B a bit. Sandara’s vocals create such a lovely, delicate moment.
Heize produced the following track ‘T MAP’. According to the album description this was the first finished track of the album. It has a lot of feelings of heartbreak through the visualisation of navigation. Sandara participated in writing the lyrics. It’s a beautiful, emotional and soft R&B track.
The closing track is ‘HAPPY ENDING’ which was produced by none other than Sunwoo Jung Ah who I’m still in love with. This sounds like a happy song but the lyrics are a bit deceiving. It’s an interesting dichotomy and I really enjoyed the layering in this one.
Overall ‘SANDARA PARK’ was well worth the wait. Sandara Park did a great job and I can’t wait to see where she takes her solo music.
