The one and only Loco is back after finishing his military service and we are thrilled. We have missed his music a lot and we are glad to see that he is back with the EP ‘SOME TIME’.
We are expecting a lot of softness in this release, so, let’s dive in.
SOME TIME
‘Return Home’ opens up this EP with vocal harmonization, smooth instrumentation and Loco’s rapping. I missed this guy’s lyrical delivery so much, there is something special in the way he raps, it feels very warm and sincere.
The tite track ‘Can’t Sleep’ is next featuring our queen Heize, and this song is just extremely soft, and will leave fans with a very fuzzy feeling in their hearts. The instrumentation is fantastic and Loco’s rapping and delivery mixed with Heize’s vocals are a mix made in heaven. Check the adorable, soft and cute music video below.
Next on the list is ‘Waiting Room’ with a more playful layering, a lot of EDM and some very cool beat drops that mix the flow of this track to perfection. A total bop!
Closing this EP is ‘Finally’ featuring the great vocals of Car, the garden and from the very beginning we get a very chill and groovy tune with some back vocal harmonizations. The orchestration mixed with electronic tunes made this song feel like a lofi tune, I really liked the vibe of it, it felt very organic. Just a fantastic way to close a great welcome EP.
