In this edition of our K-Variety Taster, we want to talk about another 2026 Netflix production with a fun concept, a very popular cast, and plenty of adventures. Let’s talk about ‘Take a Hike!’.
With a crew including Car, the Garden, Dowoon, Lee Chae Min, and TARZZAN, ‘Take a Hike!’ takes these artists on a totally new journey during the winter season, where they have to hike through the snow-capped mountains of South Korea.
The show starts with the crew meeting and already talking about their upcoming adventures and setting their first goals, beginning with a 10-hour round trip to Seoraksan Mountain.
Throughout the series, the cast takes on the task of hiking different mountains across South Korea, including Taebaeksan, Hallasan, the three peaks of the Yeongnam Alps, and finally Jirisan. Each adventure showcases stunning winter views and landscapes across the country, while the show also brings plenty of variety flair, with the cast playing games along their journeys.
We loved the authenticity of this show. They were tired, as anyone would be, and it showed! Their chemistry was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere they created made the show even more entertaining.
