[Review] KNK – KNK AIRLINE

The boys from KNK are back with their new EP ‘KNK AIRLINE’. We’ve been waiting for this one so let’s dive right in!

KNK AIRLINE

We open the EP with the track ‘Autumn, Breeze’. The intro, just under one minute, is quite fun and sets the tone nicely. It also flows very nicely into the title track.

After that we get the title track ‘RIDE’. I love this track. I love the EDM vibe and their vocals. Though I do feel like the rapline OWNS this one. There’s also the fact that it is so catchy. It’s a complete earworm. We also got a brand new music video for this one. The visuals y’all…

‘HIGHWAY’ is up next. This heavy synth track is a bit softer than ‘RIDE’ but sort of follows the same vein. Though this one focuses more on their vocals. It’s lovely!

We go SOFT with the track ‘You are my reason’. This mid-tempo pop-ballad works so well with their vocals and their deep rap voices. It’s so comforting. Play this one if you’re having a hard day.

We close the EP with ‘TIME’. The beat is kind of house inspired. On the first listen I didn’t really know what to think of the instrumentals, but after a second listen I was in. It’s a summer bop, with a beautiful bridge. There are some really lovely ad libs as well.

Overall, ‘KNK AIRLINE’ by KNK is a solid EP and a lovely listen. Go ahead and check it out on Spotify here. Also stop sleeping on them.
