[Review] ENHYPEN – DESIRE: UNLEASH

Enhypen is back with their new mini-album ‘DESIRE: UNLEASH’. The vampires are back in town to drag us into their musical adventures. Let’s dive in!

DESIRE: UNLEASH

We start off with the track ‘Flashover’. This is an electro future bass track with a dreamy synth that really reminds me of summers in the early 200s. It’s a really cool listen and the vocals are impressive.

Next up is the title track ‘Bad Desire’ (With or without you)’. This is a sexy dance pop track with very pretty imagery and a cool progression. The track could be a little bit longer though.

‘Outside’ is a hip-hop track with a trap beat and uses a sample of Three 6 Mafia ‘Stay Fly’ which creates a fun effect and makes for a dynamic listen.

Next up is the Korean version of ‘Loose’ which was pre-released in English two months ago. The English version is also included in the album.

‘Helium’ is a pop rock track where member Jay is listed in the writing credits, producing credits and even played the guitar. This is a fun track with some incredible vocals, a fun progression and a killer guitar.

After that comes ‘Too Close’ which is a super sweet pop track with a cute vintage piano riff that creates this very fun old Hollywood vibe.

The last two tracks are the English version of the title track and the original English version of ‘Loose’.
