DKB just released their fifth mini-album ‘Autumn‘, with this release they want to show their growth since their debut in 2020, and we are excited to listen to what they have prepared for the fans.
They have been constantly putting out great music and every comeback they just get better and better. Let’s get right into the music in this EP.
Autumn
Starting off strong we get the hip-hop track ‘Peep My Show‘ with an old-school vibe and cool flow. The rap-line delivers in this single and the groove is insane. The contrast with the vocal line and orchestration makes it super memorable and an amazing start for this release.
Following up we get the title track ‘24/7‘, this song comes along with a more pop/R&B vibe that makes the vocal power of DKB stand out. The acoustic guitar throughout the fun single was absolutely charming and the melodic rapping was a very nice touch. They definitely shook things up with this title song but it is a cool addition to their discography.
In the music video, viewers are attacked from every angle with beautiful visuals. Their looks are super eye catching, but what takes it all in this visual production is their performance. Make sure to watch it below.
‘Autumn‘ follows with an R&B tempo and a very smooth instrumentation, the singing in this song is soft and sweet, the ad-libs and back vocals are beautiful, and overall this track is a lovely listen.
‘Bubbles‘ is the first solo track of the member D1, and for this single he delivers with an emotional arrangement and heartfelt singing. The little sounds of droplets falling was an interesting touch that definitely intensified the mood of this single.
Last on this EP is the instrumental version of the title track. DKB delivered a great EP with ‘Autumn’ that shows a new side of them. The singles add a fresh touch to their discography and they are definitely an amazing listen
