We have a brand-new debut in the K-pop scene, and this time it comes from Yuehua Entertainment. AND2BLE is the company’s latest group, featuring several familiar faces. The line-up includes Han Yujin, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Yoo Seungeon, and Zhang Hao, all of whom became well known through Boys Planet and their activities as part of ZEROBASEONE and EVNNE.
We have personally been looking forward to this debut for quite some time, so let’s dive in and check out what they prepared for their very first release.
Sequence 01: Curiosity
The title track, ‘Curious‘, kicks off the mini-album on a high note, blending synth-pop and EDM influences into a powerful and dynamic opener. The vocals completely shine throughout the track, with soaring harmonies and impressive high notes elevating the song even further. Meanwhile, the music video takes the experience to another level through stunning graphics, polished visuals, and a tightly executed performance that instantly establishes the group’s identity.
‘Aura‘ follows as the second title track, taking listeners into a dreamy and synth-heavy atmosphere. This R&B-pop track flows effortlessly with incredible vocal performances, sensual ad-libs, and beautifully layered harmonies. The members truly shine here, delivering a sleek and emotionally immersive performance that highlights their vocal chemistry perfectly.
Next up is ‘Sugar Rush‘, a groovy dance-pop track infused with just the right amount of funk. Bright, smooth, and incredibly fun to listen to, the song stands out thanks to its bouncy energy and especially sleek bridge. It is definitely one of the strongest B-sides on the release.
We move back into R&B territory with ‘Bed‘, a track that slowly builds tension before dropping into a vibey and effortlessly smooth soundscape. The deep bass lines and delicate falsettos elevate the atmosphere beautifully, creating one of the mini-album’s most immersive listening experiences.
Closing the release is ‘Happy &‘, a lighter and brighter pop track packed with catchy melodies and feel-good energy. The song feels like pure serotonin from start to finish, and we especially loved the addition of rhythmic rap sections and playful ad-libs that add even more colour and personality to the track. It serves as a lovely and satisfying ending to the group’s debut EP.
With ‘Sequence 01: Curiosity’, AND2BLE makes a strong and memorable debut. The mini-album feels carefully crafted to showcase each member’s strengths while maintaining a balanced and cohesive sound throughout. From powerful vocals to sleek production and refreshing energy, this release delivers a truly enjoyable listening experience and leaves us excited to see what the group will do next.
