This week’s music video recommendation is one of my personal favourites. Today I’m featuring ‘Moonwalk’ by WayV.
In case some of you still don’t know who these guys are, WayV is the China based unit of the group NCT. These guys are incredible and their songs are just extremely cool. So please go and listen to their music, the link is here.
‘Moonwalk’ was the first video I watched from this unit. It just took me a while to get over the ‘Empathy’ era but now I’m here as a proud NCTzen enjoying the music of every single unit.
The music video for this single is beyond imagination, I am a fan of outer space concepts, and it made this MV a visual experience. It is full of stunning shots, CGI and very cool effects that accentuate the visuals of the members.
My favourite scene is probably the dance break, the editor played extremely well with the shots including the members dancing and Ten’s solo, and made it really enjoyable to watch. Big props to whoever designed the sets, they were all gorgeous, overloaded with colours and details that made the music video even better.
