Korean Indie/Rock Bands: Part 6

Aaaaand I’m back with Part 6 of Korean Indie/Rock Bands you should listen to. Let’s dive right in, because I found some good stuff to share with you!

Hwang Hwi-hyun BAND

These guys only have on EP out, but it’s so lovely to listen to!

Here’s their Spotify.

Rose Motel

It’s funky, it’s fun. They’re great. The group is no longer together though, so that’s a shame. But it doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate the music that’s out there.

Here’s their Spotify.

The Koxx

The group is still together, but haven’t released any music since 2017. So fingers crossed for something soon!

Here’s their Spotify.

Standing Egg

I can’t believe I waited this long to mention them in my list, but if you only do one thing today, make sure to listen to this song.

Here’s their Spotify.

HASH

My first reaction when I heard this song was literally ‘SWEEEEEEEET’. So enjoy!

Here’s their Spotify.

92914

Literally just the softest music.

Here’s their Spotify.

The Eastlight

I think this band fits along the lines of The Rose, IZ and ONEWE. It’s dope.

Here’s their Spotify.

Bebop

It’s GIRLPOWER! Though sadly they disbanded in 2016…

Here’s their Spotify.

828

This is a super new group and so far they only have one song on Spotify. But I LOVE this track.

Here’s their Spotify.

That’s it for this list of Korean Indie/Rock Bands. If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave a comment! Or if you want to dive in to the other parts of the list, click here.

I’m not sure how many other parts I’ll be able to write. My list isn’t empty yet, but I need to do some digging and discovering to be able to give you all the best of Korean Indie and Rock Bands.
