EP Review: Black6ix – Nice to meet you

‘Nice To Meet You’ is BLACK6IX’s latest EP. After listening to the full thing I can tell you there is a song for everyone, so let’s start fangirling!

‘Intro-Thank You’ is the start of this extended play. The members’ vocals are celestial and the acoustic accompaniment enhances and compliments their voices. This song is super soft, and I feel like it sets the tone for the rest of the release.

Following the soft concept ‘The Last Romance’ kicks in. This song is the perfect soundtrack for a sad and rainy day. It has OST potential and its low tempo makes it the perfect ballad for a romantic slow dance.

Changing the mood drastically ‘Call My Name’ comes in. It is also the title track for this release. This song is the perfect balance of vocals and rapping and it is a total bop. Check out the MV.

‘Excited’ is next with an up-beat track that is super fun to listen to. This song is perfect for the dance floor. We just need the choreo.

Closing this extended play we have ‘She’s my girlfriend’. This one is SO ROMANTIC. I’m swooning! Though it does feel like an odd closing track for this EP I’m totally in. We love unexpected endings.
