We love discovering new beauty brands, and in today’s Brand Deep Dive we want to talk about a famous social media one, that we cannot wait to try out. Let’s talk about AXIS-Y and its products.
Empowerment and confidence
AXIS-Y describes itself as a brand that’s “Inclusive and free spirited”. On their site they speak up about beauty and how “beauty is not about following a certain standard, beauty is your ultimate values, your uniqueness, your passion and your story.” (Source: AXIS-Y).
Their products were created to tackle the constant climate change and how everyones’ skin is affected by it. Their formulas are free from harmful ingredients, and on top of this they are committed to be safe for everyone and are vegan and cruelty free.
AXIS-Y divides its brand by type of products, ranging from cleansers to serums, moisturisers, SPFs, face sheets, and so on. Let’s now take a closer look at their products.
Cleansers
Clearing and hydrating are the main goals of the ‘Quinoa One Step Balanced Gel Cleanser’. Quinoa is a not so common ingredient in skincare, however, this cleanser claims that in combination with natural nutrients, it will remove environmental toxins and level the skins’ PH level.

Going into toners AXIS-Y has in this line the ‘Daily Purifying Treatment Toner’ with exfoliating and soothing properties. This toner includes a higher amount of AHA and PHA for gentle chemical exfoliators, and together with centella asiatica, this toner will purify the skin while soothing it. This line contains quite a few products, starting with the social media famous ‘Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum’. This product is made to brighten and moisturise the skin with its niacinamide and rice bran mix.
