We’re back with a new Actor Spotlight where we take a closer look at actor’s careers and this time we’re checking out the full filmography of Ryu Kyung-Soo.
Ryu Kyung-Soo
Ryu has been active in the industry since 2010 with smaller roles in film and series. His career started picking up steam in 2019 with roles in works like ‘Confession’ and ‘The Divine Fury’.
Then of course came the Netflix hit ‘Itaewon Class’ which was all the rage.
That same year, in 2020 he was also in ‘Lovestruck in the city’ which we wrote about here.
In 2021 Ryu acted in ‘Hellbound’ and the film ‘Hostage: Missing Celebrity’.
The following two years Ryu was in ‘Glitch‘, the much-written about ‘Broker‘ and ‘Tale of the nine-tailed 1938’.
Last week I finished watching the new series ‘The Bequeathed’ and his performance absolutely blew me away, which prompted me to write this and to take the opportunity to dive a bit deeper into his filmography. He’s actually portrayed a really wide range of characters and I can’t wait to see him get more recognition.
