[Actor Spotlight] Park Ho-san

We’re back with a brand new Actor Spotlight and this time we’re taking a look at Park Ho-san.

Park found his beginnings in theatre and musicals and started acting in 1996. The year after, from 1997 he had small roles in film as well. He has a pretty lengthy filmography, so we’ll share our highlights.

Some of his roles were in ‘The King of Jokgu’, ‘The Great Army’, ‘The Call’, ‘Night in Paradise‘ and ‘Project wolf Hunting‘. Park is simply fantastic in thrillers. Most recently he was in the film ‘Dead Man‘.

He started taking on drama roles from 2014 with ‘Liar Game’ and ‘Mrs. Cop’. His breakout role was in ‘Prison Playbook’ as Kaist and as the eldest brother in ‘My Mister’.

Park has actually been in some really big dramas. He had roles in ‘Mother’, ‘True Beauty’, ‘The Guest’, and ‘Extracurricular’.

His upcoming role is in the much anticipated ‘The Remarried Empress’ which will be released on Disney+ in 2026. We’re looking forward to it!
