We can always count on Park Hyo Shin for heartfelt ballads with stunning videos, so I knew I was in for a treat when I watched the video for ‘AE’. In the song he sings about the Latin letter ‘æ’ which is a ligature or a combination of the letters a en e.
He feels that it is a representation of love, connection and community.
In the music video we see those strands of connection representated by the balloons and I thought that was a particularly striking visualisation.
