Welcome back to our weekly K-pop round-up! In this edition, we’re talking rookies, exciting collaborations, and comebacks that had us completely obsessed. Let’s dive right in!
We’re kicking things off with C9 Entertainment’s latest debut. NAZE, short for “New Adventure’s Zestyfull Echo”, consists of members Ato, Kaisei, Younki, Turn, Yuya, Kimkun, and Dohyeok. Their debut single album, ‘NAZE’, introduces the group to the K-pop scene with refreshing melodies and a title track that is laid-back, catchy, and an absolute bop. Check it out below.
Next up, MINGI of ATEEZ released the single ‘NOVA’ featuring Gaeko and Royal 44 as part of the ‘FIX OFF Desire Project : ORIGIN’. The track delivers a charismatic blend of intensity and style, showing MINGI’s vibe perfectly.
Our boys from POW also made their comeback this week with the single ‘WHY‘. Prepare yourself for soft vocals, comforting instrumentals, and a charming atmosphere that makes this release an easy repeat listen.
Our second debut of the week comes from Pinnacle Entertainment’s newest boy group, YUHZ, formed through the survival show ‘B:MY BOYZ’. The group consists of Bohyeon, Hyo, Haruto, Junseong, Jaeil, Kai, Yeontae, and Sechan. They debuted with the single album ‘Orange Record‘, while title track ‘Rush Rush’ embraces the playful energy of early summer with bright colours, addictive melodies, and standout vocals and rap performances.
Wrapping up this week’s round-up is the queen herself, Tiffany Young, with her new single ‘Summer’s Not Over‘. As expected, the release is a complete work of art, combining her signature vocal power with dreamy, mermaid-like aesthetics that left us absolutely enchanted.
And with that, we wrap up another incredible week in the K-pop scene. Let us know in the comments below which release was your favourite!
