ZICO and Kang Daniel finally released their collab for the Pepsi project. The song ‘Refresh’ is just like the title hints. It’s a refreshing, fun vibe and the vocals of Kang Daniel are great as usual. Zico has never disappointed me with his rap. He goes from soft rap, to spitting straight bars in one song, so I’m in love.
The music video is super colorful and it looks like they’re having fun. There are a lot of traditional elements in the ‘Refresh’ MV. Zico and Kang Daniel are wearing hanboks while drinking Pepsi, which is not exactly a combo you see often.
The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that it’s so short. It clocks in at 2:34, and I kind of want more.
