[Actor Spotlight] Lee Se-Young

We’re back with a new Actor Spotlight and this time we’re taking a look at the filmography of actress Lee Se-Young.

Lee Se-Young was born in 1992 and has been working since 1997. She’s almost celebrating 30 years in the industry which is kind of crazy.

Notable roles from when she was a child actress are in the series ‘Jewel in the Palace’ (2003),the film ‘When I Turned Nine’ (2004) and the comedy film ‘Lovely Rivals’ (2004).

Her first laurels she received in 2016 with the Best New Actress Award at the 2016 KBS Drama Awards for her role in ‘”The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop’.

2017 and 2018 were big years for her as she starred in ‘A Korean Odyssey’ where she played a zombie, ‘Hit The Top’ and ‘The Crowned Clown’.

From 2019-2022 she received some more awards for series like ‘Doctor John’, ‘The Red Sleeve’ and ‘Law Cafe’.

Most recently she’s doing a brilliant job in ‘Motel California’.
