VERIVERY is back with their very first full-length album since their debut in 2018. ‘SERIES ‘O’ [ROUND 3: WHOLE]‘ marks the end of their era ‘SERIES ‘O’‘, with this album they are closing an epic era that showed a new side of this group as artists.
For this released they self wrote and composed four of the tracks, and we are also getting the singles ‘O’ and ‘Our Spring’ released in the single album ‘SERIES ‘O’ [ROUND 0 : WHO]‘.

SERIES ‘O’ [ROUND 3: WHOLE]
The single ‘Moment‘ kicks off this release with a catchy EDM/Hip-Hop track and awesome vocals. This single is definitely a strong starting point, the effects added in the vocals and rapping were very interesting and made it a chill and refreshing listen.
‘Undercover‘ is next with a very unexpected intro but amazing layering and composition. This track is a full immersive experience, every bit of it is in perfect balance and the inclusion of the guitar riff made it even better. Definetely a solid and very unique title track in VERIVERY’s discography.
The music video for this track shows off the incredible dancing skills in a fantastic choreo, mixed with cool aesthetics part of their storyline. The CGI in this MV is awesome and flawless. A must watch. Check it below.
With an intro giving massive PC game vibes we get ‘Coming over‘, this track goes off with a very interesting and unexpected arrangement. I loved how playful and fun they made the track. It is for sure a one of a kind song but the balance, vocals and vibe make it an experience to listen to.
Get ready to jam with ‘Wish U were here‘. This track really remind me of Brit-pop summer releases and I am here for it. Its style is solid and the little effects added along the track made it fun and super cool to listen to.
‘Candle‘ plays next with serious 90s R&B vocals group vibes and splendid singing. This song is soft and absolutely stunning. The vocal line pops out in this track and gives it their all!
Next up, is the pre-released single ‘O’.
Hello Darkness
Opening the second half we get ‘Fallin’‘, with trap beats and deep bass. The rap line takes over in this song and kills it with some very impressive rap delivery and flow. The ad-libs throughout the song were peak perfection, and overall this track is an impressive b-side.
‘Childhood’ is next with a pop rock vibe and some crunchy guitars. It’s a very nice mix, I like the playfulness and lighter mood. I enjoyed how they layered the vocals, they’re super nice.
After that we get ‘EMOTION’ which was co-written by Penomeco. What a very interesting track! It’s such an intriguing flow and the instrumentals are kind of crazy. The churchbells were unexpected, but a vibe. The rap verses are fantastic. That chorus is such a moment! I dig it.
‘Velocity’ is a French house track, with another very interesting musical flow. I like how they play with the rhythm. It’s groovy, catchy and a party bop.

The closing track is ‘Fine’. This one together with ‘Childhood’, ‘Velocity’ and ‘Our Spring’ were co-written by members Dongheon, Gyehyeon, Yeonho and Yongseung. It’s a lovely rock ballad that has some fantastic vocals. The electric guitar in the instrumental is fab! The chanting creates a very emotional ending.
