Beginnings
Park Min-young (aka. Meenoi) debuted in 2019 under Inplanet with the single ‘NDGGA’. Her debut single, besides having alternative visuals in its music video, also had a lovely R&B sound and her unique vocals.
With her next single ‘Do Not Want To Do It’ she went all in with an indie sound and incredible acoustics. This song is an absolute gem in her discography. Check it below.
Her year 2020 started with the release of the track ‘3M’, with this single she adopted a more indie sound and a quite interesting and fun music video.
She followed up this release with the single album ‘02’ with a very soft and chill sound.
8BallTown
Her first release under the agency 8BallTown was the single album ‘Sunbeam’. For this one she adopted a touch of melodic rapping with her usual flawless vocals.
Later that year, she released the EP ‘DA DA!’. The title track of this release included pH-1 as a feature, and needless to say, this collaboration was super fun and as usual she killed it with her melodic rapping style and vocals.
In 2021 she came back with the single ‘W.G.C’ featuring YUMDDA, taking many by surprise with the new hip-hop style she went for.
‘W.G.C’ has a very underground hip-hop style, and for sure is a turning point in her career. Check the music video below.
She followed up this release with the collaboration single ‘DOOL’ with Dingo. Her next project was the single ‘I can’t wait’ featuring Loco.
Latest releases
In late 2021 she dropped her first album ‘In My Room’. For this release she splendidly blended her lovely vocals and her killer rapping. A total non-skip release.
