Debut & Early Releases

Radio 939 made his debut in 2020 with the album ‘Cheer Up, Mr. Kwon’, a project that introduced his instrumentally rich and alternative hip-hop style. This album featured the dual title tracks ‘Morning’ and ‘Raining Season’, setting the foundation for his evolving sound.

Following his debut, he dropped the 2021 EP ‘Sprout’, featuring PAUL CHO, Ymir Kim, and Errday Jinju. This release expanded his musical style, incorporating smooth tunes and rhythmic rapping.

That same year, he unveiled the single ‘Seed’, showcasing a softer, more alternative side of his artistry.

Continuing his collaborative streak, Radio 939 teamed up with Cottn!i for the EP ‘Gulliver Blues’.

A Playful Twist in 2022

In 2022, Radio 939 took a more lighthearted and playful approach with the single ‘Ukulele Warrior’. This track, featuring a ukulele-driven beat and energetic flow, added a new dimension to his discography.

Latest Release & Comeback

After a two-year hiatus, Radio 939 made his highly anticipated comeback in 2024 with his second album, ‘HEADBUTTERS’. This collaborative project with Hakm brings fresh, fun, and effortlessly cool vibes. The album features Han5world, Bruno Champman, Rohann, and others, marking his return to the indie hip-hop scene.
