For this week’s Music Video Recommendation I really wanted to write about the new music video for ‘Trigger’ by Seori. We wrote about it when it first came out but I couldn’t help draw the attention to it again.
First of all, I’m in love with the song. It’s brilliant, her vocals are amazing and she did amazing.
The video however, is on a whole other level. The music video is based on the story created by ATISPAUS, which you can find here. I’d suggest watching the video first, then going to the story and then going back to the MV. It’s good if you have the visuals for the characters before going into it. The story is a relatively quick read, more or less ten minutes or so. If you even have the slightest bit of time, I’d go check it out. It definitely helps add some depth to the plot of the music video.
The execution is brilliant! I love the fact that it feels so fantastical, so much bigger than life.
