This week’s DisKover The Cover is by NCT’s Taeil and his version of the song ‘Baby Baby’ originally by the Korean R&B group 4Men.
The original version of this song is absolutely soulful and heartbreaking. The vocalists do a great job at bringing out the public’s emotion through the lyrics and their performance. I personally feel that these factors make this song harder to perform. However, Taeil did an incredible job singing it.
Needless to say, his voice is incredible, and the addition of the live piano to the performance made it even more heartfelt and intimate. He pulled off covering a song originally sung by three people by himself. He is just a super talented baby!
