Combine a Slovenian contemporary dance company with BTS’s mastermind and the result will be a piece of visual art that will blow your mind away. Today’s Dance Choreo You Should Watch is by MN Dance Company and their performance in BTS’s MV ‘Black Swan’.
When I watched this performance for the first time I was absolutely shocked and I just couldn’t believe the level of artistry behind not just the MV, but also the song.
This production is art, the performers did an incredible job delivering the feeling of the song. I could feel the pain, the fear and the freedom with every move. There are a lot of theories behind this MV, but I feel that the main dancer was the Swan trying to free itself, fighting to leave the cage and finally being able to fly, with the help of others.
I could go on and on about this music video, there’s a lot that goes into it. The cinematography is stunning, every single second was thought out brilliantly and they created visual art that should be seen and appreciated.
