Cruelty Free/Vegan K-Beauty

Today we are back with a new list of Korean cruelty free and vegan cosmetics. K-beauty is slightly different from other cosmetics industries. Many of their products are sold in China, which by law requires animal testing.

Some of these brands have found a way to stay ethical and search for alternative ingredients that work as well as the other ones with animal based ingredients. In our list we will mainly include vegan cosmetics with mostly natural products. We haven’t been able to test some of these brands but by the reviews of them I’m sure they do wonders for your skin depending on your skin type.

Let’s start off with COSRX, this brand is well known for being cruelty free and it also has a vegan line. It is mainly focused on skin care for people prone to acne but, recently they started including new products for other skin concerns.

Klairs is another well known cruelty free and almost completely vegan brand. Most of their products are natural based with one or two exceptions. This brand has different lines for different skin types and concerns so make sure to take a look at their full range.

The Vegan Glow is one of my discoveries from Instagram. This brand is fully vegan and their products are based on natural oils, extracts and other natural sources. It is one of my favorites in the market and their customer service and delivery is superb. Make sure to try it out.

Chica y Chico is one of the brands I have been looking forward to try out. Their skin care range is quite small as they don’t many products but everything has great reviews. Their make-up also has good reviews.

Last but not least, in our first part of Korean cruelty free/vegan cosmetics, we have Blossom Jeju, and I am looking forward to trying this one out. This brand uses natural plant oils and botanical extracts found in Jeju Island and their packaging is beautiful.

Let us know if you have tried any of these brands and which ones we should feature next.
